A masterclass and a creative pressure cooker in one. Learn to make hand drawn animation in VR with AnimVR (https://nvrmind.io) and be part of the creation of an unique and innovative, theatrical AR performance which will premiere at Kaboom. Expand your talent and experiment with new techniques. During 4 intensive days you will be trained and closely monitored by AnimVR artists and your creative hunger will be fed with the insights of seasoned VR and theatre experts.

The subject of the performance will be the amazing Marloes Coenen, the first female MMA champion ever. After a long and successful career, that took her from Japan to the US, Marloes hung her gloves up in 2017. Nowadays, Marloes is passing on her life lessons about the path to find true force via clinics, presentations and workshops. Marloes uses the cage as a tool and metaphor. Marloes will talk during our masterclass and one of her students will star in the performance.

This masterclass is geared at artists that already have a certain skilllevel in 2D animation and/or digital painting. In case more applicants want to enter than spots available, we will make a selection based upon artistic skill level.
